The SEC has opened an inquiry into the NYSE meltdown during the last hour of trading on Tuesday. This could cause a scandal that coincides with the beginning of a bear market...........

Weekly updated chart continues to display topping pattern
simular to the one in March/April 2006...
If it continues to follow the path then we can expect upwards to mostly
sideways motion from here until support is broken decidedly.
However support can be busted at anytime so caution is warranted...


Nasdaq Tech Index,
Possible triple top in the making...



This is for my buddy in the Walnut Creek area...
If it breaks loose from the formation watch for a bounce
around $25.50 and a backtest of S/R before closing the gap.
